Pandesal is a very famous filipino bread in the Philippines. This delicious bread is a must try! Believe me, you will going to love it! I grew up eating this bread in the morning for breakfast and afternoon as mid-snack. I am not a very good cook or baker, but I was craving for this kind of bread. Nope, I am not pregnant. I just miss eating this bread.. LOL! Anyway, yeaterday I got plenty of time to make some pandesal. This is my second time to make pandesal and I am very much please with the result as usual. It's very moist and tasty! Love those little crunchy crust on the top! Yummy! There is a nearby Asian store who make this pandesal.
I ended up paying $2.65 for eight pieces of this bread, which I find expensive! My recipel end up 2 dozens of Pandesals fresh from the oven. The ingredients are very basic that every household has them! Very easy indeed and the result is worth waiting. If you are interested with the recipe, don't be shy to ask! It's my pleasure to shae this pandesal recipe. If you are a filipino who grew-up in the Philippines, I am sure you miss this pandesal bread!
