for lunch! This is what we called "Arroz Caldo". A rice soup, made with chicken broth and few ingredients. My boys love this soup! So do I.. my mother back home usually made this soup during rainy days. Yummy! I had all the ingredients I need to make this, so this is what I fix for lunch. My boys sure enjoyed it! Alright, it's my turn to have some. I fed the boys first before myself. Now, I am starving! Gotta go. Have a nice day!
