I probably always woke up in the morning with stiff neck. It is now new to me at all, for it happen all the time. I think laying with thicker pillow on the head is the reason for this. My pillow is too thick making my head little bit higher. I sleep with my head in like a slant position. My hubby once told me to switch pillows. He told me that I should choose the thinner pillow, so I can lay flat without my head being too high. I tried it and I did not like it, LOL! For some reason I feel weird sleeping like that, LOL! I feel so flat!!! HAHA. I think I really prefer sleeping with my head little bit high. That's what I get used to do every night. Although, I get stiff neck in the morning. I'll have it right after I woke up but will go away as soon as I take my shower. Hmmmmm.. but yeah, it is still no fun woking up in the morning with stiff neck. Duh!
