When my family told me the good news about my older brother getting married, I was the happiest younger sister on the earth! I am so happy for him to finally decide to tie knot with the woman whom he been falling inlove after all this years. I am happy because he will going to marry the woman who is really nice, down to earth, kind, respectful and of course pretty. I am 100% agree for this woman to be my future sister inlaw. She is just a sweet girl that will make a perfect wife to my dear brother. My brother is now 28 years old, so it is just right that he will settle down, LOL! The only sad thing about this, I cannot go home and be able to attend the said occasion. The wedding will be this September 20, 2008. Aside from the fact that Elijah is still too small to travel that far, we cannot afford to go home in the Philippines this year.
There are too much things that need to be done first. Don't get me wrong, my brother is one of the most important person in this world for me. But I cannot afford to travel all by myself and the kids will be left. If I probably do not have kids, I will definitely going home to attend. But the fact is, I cannot travel all by myself with two small kids with me. That's gonna be too difficult for me to handle. Hubby will definitelu cannot file for leave, because he just started his job 2 months ago. My family, including the bride and groom of course already know about this. I am just thankful that they understand my situation. They know how much I want to be there on his big day. But sometimes, things just can't be perfect. Sigh!
